Can is there an official uniform for the tdarevich?

I really like your work. Is there some bigger backstory behind it? I know the succession went differently after Alexander II and it looks a lot like Sazonov's plan in WW1, with autonomous reunited Poland and Russian Constantinople... Noticed a lot of military medals for participation in "historic" events and I'm hopelessly curious about details...
Anyway, it's one of these rare "Russian wetdream alt-history" that I'd gladly live in, both as a Pole and hardened monarchist.

Yes, they are part of either Army or Navy. Something similar to the Imperial Japan.
